1. PVS System   

       The system of profile joining  KANYA  presents compeletely
       new possibilities of solving construction problems in machine building,
       transport systems and lift systems, machine bodies, work tables
       roboczych, aboratory systems, cupboards, division walls
       and exhibition stands.
       Simple assembly and a wide range of profiles and accessories offer
       the designer a free hand.
       The wide range of profiles allows for building of delicate constructions
       as well as heavy solutions with high loads.       
       We can build permanent and mobile applications, change and supplement
       construction when the need arises. Each profile can be stably
       joined with other profiles at an angle, vertically or aslant
       by means of a PVS connector protected by international trademark.
       Tighting the conical screw of the properly mounted
       connector ,  causes the surfaces of the profiles to clamp,    
       which gives a very good joint based on friction.
       As the cutting forces are not normally applied directly
       to the surface contact - the bending moment causes tilt,
       additionally strengthening the joint. The durability of the joint depends
       on the moment at which we tight the connector and the number

3. Information about aplications and advantages of the system:

      Aluminium construction system KANYA uses aluminium profiles for:
      - machine building
      - devices
      - production lines
      - work stations
      - cabins, shields for machines
      - office, warehouse, production rooms and impressive
        modern furnishings for offices and stores
       

      It is characterised by:
      - ightness and high resistance of the construction
      - modernity and esthetic solutions
      - short design time
      - quick assemble and disassembly
      - possibility of quick construction changes during the service life
        and modernization of the construction without the obligation to make 
        chages to the entire construction.



4.  System of RVS pipe clamps
    
      The RVS construction system consists of aluminium, regulated clamps for
      joining
      aluminium pipes of diameters 12-20-30-40-50 mm. Pipes can be joined
      perpendicularly or parallelly, fixed or movable with the possibility of shifting
      and regulating.
      All clamps can be joined together or mounted to other KANYA profiles.  
      You can build laboratory racks, devices for photo-optics, light guides, and 
      machine attachments from the RVS system. The system broadens the
      structural possibilities of the PVS system.
                                                                    

   


5. LVS Kanya

     LVS systems are driving modules for line stowage built
     on the profiles of KANYA systems from simple guide components
     to complete, precise line axes driven by a cogbelt
     or a screw with the accuracy of 0.05 mm. Guides can be joined
     w in different combinations. Using KANYA systems, we can build
     a complete technological line, a machine, a machine tool. Moreover, we offer
     precision steel guide rollers and line ball bearings.       

     


6. Large portal profiles TECLINE

    For high loads and moments carried by the whole construction,
    KANYA offers a system of aluminium profiles, guides, carriages
    and TECLINE accessories,  alternatively with drives and end sensors.
    Profiles with 360x200, 280x170 and 200x120 sections
    constitute the basis for the construction of production lines designable only
    with this system. For lower loads use SYS profile, use without steel tracks.
